I spent over a decade as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, working directly with patients facing serious diagnoses and uncertain outcomes. Day after day, I witnessed people navigating some of the most challenging moments of their lives—and I saw what actually helped them move forward versus what didn't.

This experience taught me that real support isn't about positive thinking or generic advice. It's about meeting people where they are, helping them process what they're facing, and creating practical next steps they can actually take.

Why I Transitioned to Coaching

After years in healthcare, I realised the skills I was using—helping people find clarity in chaos, building resilience, and creating actionable plans—were exactly what people needed outside of medical crises too. The difference is that in coaching, we're not waiting for a crisis to address what's not working in your life.
